I hired East Coast Construction to add a 1,700 sq. ft. addition onto my existing house in Garden City, New York.
They added a new basement, family room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Parts of the existing house were also remodeled and a few rooms were expanded. I was very impressed with the quality of work and the quick response from Jay & his employees on any issues that came up during the process. If Jay told me he would get something done in a certain time frame, that’s what happened. He was very easy to reach and easy to work with during the construction. The part I’m most impressed with is that East Coast Construction finished the entire job on schedule! We also stuck to the original budget with the exception of a few changes I made during the final phases of the job. I plan on remodeling a rental house I own in the near future and I will definitely use Jay again for this job. I worked with 3 other builders before choosing East coast Construction for my house. I won’t have to go through this process next time.
